Yesterday began with extra sleep, breakfast and chapel on the steps of Dick gym.  Coach Braswell talked about the word of the day, effort, and compared team building to a large Jenga game.  He expressed to campers that each block represents a player’s actions and effort toward building up his teammates or tearing them down.  He discussed taking the “hard right” in our actions and speech versus the “easy wrong.” This reference is an important phrase in the Woodberry culture found in the Boy’s Prayer, which Woodberry boys and faculty recite every Chapel service.  It was another beautiful day to compete in three rounds of games. We concluded the day with cookies and milk in the Barbee and our team meetings. One of our photographers will be adding more pictures today, so please check back later. For more pictures click here
